AMPED!
AMPED is the name of King's Way's Teen Ministry- we are A Ministry Preparing Extreme Disciples! We encourage teens to Know Christ by attending the AMPED meetings, to Follow Christ by participating in one of our Discipleship Groups, and to Serve Christ by working with one of the church or AMPED ministry teams.
AMPED Meetings take place every Wednesday night at 7 pm at the new Greenwood Christian Academy at Williamsburg Crossing. We have a time of praise and worship, a message from God's Word, small group discussion on how we should act on the Truth, and, of course, food and games. But what makes AMPED different from the other youth groups in town? Modern American culture has such low expectations for teenagers. We encourage our teens to dream big, we mentor them to do the hard things needed to make that dream a reality, then empower them to make it happen. We turn students into Student Leaders. AMPED is a group that will be run by the students with adult guidance.
All 7th- 12th graders are welcome! Call Pastor Dan Reese (564-7929) for more information.
